●The emotional support pet must always wear a harness, vest or leash, and remain in permitted areas: the room, walking areas, and areas designated by the hotel.
●The emotional support dog isallowed in restricted areas.
●The guest will be responsible for the behavior of their emotional support pet and agrees to pay for any damages or harm caused to another guest, employee or customer in their personal space or to the hotels facilities andor furniture.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

• Your dog cannot access the hotels dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.

• Guests will be responsible for their dogs behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.
For emotional support dogs, an extra cost also applies according to the conditions mentioned above.
